  1. Recitals

NG Biotech processes your personal data, as a processor, as part of the use of the services offered on its websites (https://rapid-test-covid19.com/ and https://ngbiotech.com/), and the communication operations it performs.

It respects the privacy and protects the personal data of the users of the offered services, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning personal data protection (hereafter referred to as GDPR), and the French law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 regarding data processing, files and individual liberties (“Informatique et libertés”).

In particular, this policy is intended to inform the users about collection, processing and use of their personal data, and about their rights relating to personal data protection according to the relevant provisions, particularly the GDPR and the French law “Informatique et Libertés”.

  1. Data processing

Your personal data, related to your identification (name, first name, and email) or your login (non identifying data), are totally or partially collected and processed:

–              When you submit a question online, via the contact form available on our websites;

–              When you send an email to our contact address;

–              When monitoring the external communication operations;

–              When browsing our websites.

In the collection form, the mandatory data are flagged with an asterisk. If the mandatory data are not entered, your request will not reach us and we will not be able to answer your question.

Total or partial collection and process of those data are strictly required for the following purposes:

–              Receipt, processing, and answering the requests and questions sent on our websites;

–              Business-to-business information and canvassing;

It is in the legitimate interest of NG Biotech to directly answer its website users who have questions, and to send them, where appropriate, any documentation, news, or business information related to its products and business.

  1. Recipients of the data

The processed data are addressed to the relevant NG Biotech department, depending on the request type.

In addition, the data may be communicated to any authority legally authorised to be aware of it, in particular, in the case of court orders of the judicial, police, or administrative authorities.

They are not intended to be sold, given, or rented to third parties, unless required by law or court.

NG Biotech shall retain your data for a period that is proportional to the purpose for which they were collected.

The identifying data we collect are hosted on our own servers in France at NG BIOTECH – Guipry, France.

  1. Right of the users

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the law of 6 January 1978, you have a right of access, inquiry, portability, rectification, and deletion of your personal data.

You also have the right to object, for a legitimate reason, to the processing of your personal data, and the right to object to the use of your data for canvassing, particularly business canvassing, purposes.

Finally, you have the right to refer to the regulator to make a complaint.

You may exercise your rights by sending your request to NG Biotech at rgpd@ngbiotech.com, stating your name, first name, and email. The users are required to attach a copy of their signed identity card to their request so that their identity can be checked before answering their requests.

NG Biotech informs the users that to ensure the security of their data, the company shall take all necessary precautions, whether logical or organisational, in light of the nature of the data and risks involved, to preserve processed data security and, particularly, to prevent their personal data from being altered, damaged, or shared with unauthorised third parties.

We use performance tools such as those offered by Google Analytics to better understand how the users use our website.

On our websites, we may also use Google Adwords, Dynamic Remarking, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and Youtube.

Those tools are released by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. Google LLC is certified as part of the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, which ensures compliance with the level of data protection in the EU.

  • Social media plugins

Our websites may include sharing functions on the following social media: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and LinkedIn.

Using that function requires linking the user to its social media user account.

No personal data is collected by NG Biotech during that process.
